Ames Performance Hospitality

Coupons for the Participant & a guest are located on the bottom of the entry card for Car Show, Drag Race, and Swap Meet.

The coupons need to be exchanged for badges at the Ames Performance Engineering booth on the Midway.

This includes the Ames Hospitality tent in the chalet area.
A buffet dinner on Saturday 4:30 - 6:30 approximately

The Ames Hospitality Shuttles operate on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Anyone can ride the shuttles. Look for the Shuttle Stop Signs!

NO parts sales from trackside RV/Motorhome spaces. All campers will be charged the fee except racers in the pits.

All reservations will be for a 3 day cart rental, paid in advance with a credit card.
Cart availability at the event cannot be guaranteed.
Refund policy: Seven days before the event, Attica Golf Cart Rentals will refund your reservation if you cannot make the event.
Any refund request received after July 12th will be decided on a case-by-case basis.

Thursday is for vendor setup only! No spectators! No Car show entries. Racer's will be moved in on Thursday afternoon.

Campers & Motorhome move-in is Friday at 10:00 am.   We are using Gate D at the back of Wilson's Parking Lot
for camper/motorhome move-in.

The track has showers in the permanent restroom on
the pit side of the track. There is a small fee,
purchase a ticket at the concession stand.
