2018 SWAP MEET VENDORS who want to keep their same spaces
     If you had swap meet spaces in 2017, you are given 1st right to sign up and buy those spaces.  The cutoff date for purchase will be June 8, 2018.     If you mail in your order, it needs to be postmarked by June 8th.     Vendors who used online ordering will receive an email to access their 2018 order online.

2018 SWAP MEET VENDORS who want to CHANGE spaces
     If you had swap meet spaces in 2017, you are given 1st right to sign up and buy those spaces.   Any changes that you want to make;   adding spaces or being moved to a different area, will be finalized after the June 8th cutoff date.    You will be given first choice of available spaces after the vendors who kept their same spaces.    As these orders come in they will be marked with the received date and put on a waiting list.    The orders will be processed in date received order after the June 5th cutoff date.   Please make sure we have a phone number and/or email address so that we can contact you.

Swap Meet Rules
Vendors primary sales should be used or NOS parts. Old literature, Old Pontiac items and memorabilia are OK. Cars for sale can also be parked on a swap meet space.

NO Food or Beverage to be sold in the swap meet.

No parts sales from the motorhome spaces.

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED AS YOUR PRIMARY PRODUCT FOR SALE IN THE SWAP MEET   Tools, car care products, lubricants, specialty car products, t-shirts & apparel, handcrafts, belts, diecast, sunglasses, etc, are not allowed to be sold in the swap meet. If you want to sell these items at the event, call Super Duty Promotions for a Midway Vendor space.Vendor’s truck/trailer must fit within your swap space OR be parked for free in truck/trailer parking in the North 40.

Any extra vehicles can park for free in spectator parking OR the truck/trailer lot in the North 40.

If a vendor arrives to find your truck or trailer parked in his space - you will be charged $60.00 for the additional space used

Any swap vendor vehicles parked on the Car Show fields or Motorhome spaces will be towed at owner’s expense.

Camping is available at the track.   Because of security concerns, swap vendors are asked not to camp in their spaces. 
All campers will be charged the $50 camping fee.  No fires or cooking in the swap meet field.

Please leave your kid’s bikes at home.  We will ask them to return to your space if we see them.We do not want to see the kids hurt.

2018 Swap Meet Vendors - event information for 2019 will be mailed or emailed to you.
You will receive a SAVE MY SPACE form by February 1st.  
You will have 2 months, till April 1st, to renew your spaces.

After April 1st we cannot guarantee you will be given the same spaces you had in the past.

After April 1st we will release all spaces not renewed to the public.   

The final cutoff date for purchasing swap meet spaces will be announced.
