2019 SWAP MEET VENDORS who want to keep their same spaces
     If you had swap meet spaces in 2019, you are given 1st right to sign up and buy those spaces.  The cutoff date to hold your current spaces will be TBD    Mail in orders need to be received by (not postmarked) TBD.     Vendors who used online ordering will receive an email to access their 2019 order online.

All orders on the waiting list need to be paid for in advance.  Checks will not be cashed or Credit cards charged until your order is confirmed.

     If you had swap meet spaces in 2019, you are given 1st right to sign up and buy those spaces.   Any changes that you want to make;   adding spaces or being moved to a different area, will be finalized after the cutoff date TBD.    You will be given first choice of available spaces after the vendors who kept their same spaces.    As these orders come in they will be marked with the received date and put on a waiting list.    The orders will be processed in date received order after the cutoff date.   Please make sure we have a phone number and/or email address so that we can contact you.

Swap Meet Rules
Vendors primary sales should be used or NOS parts.  Used literature, Pontiac memorabilia is OK too.

Cars for sale can be parked on your space  

These items are prohibited as your primary product for sale in the swap meet: Tools, diecast, toys, car care products, lubricants, specialty car products, t-shirts & apparel, handcrafts, belts, sunglasses, etc.   Midway vendor space is available for vendors selling these products.  Contact  Super Duty Promotions

No Food or Beverage is to be sold in the swap meet field.

No extra trucks or trailers will be allowed on the swap meet field.  A $60 entry includes 1 vehicle parking pass.

If we send a vendor to a space and your truck or trailer is parked in it - you will be charged $60.00 for the space.

NO swap vendor vehicles or trailers can be parked in the Car Show field(s) or Motorhome spaces.

CAMPING on the Swap Meet field will be an additional fee $60.00 - camping spaces are available in the track’s campground.
We do not encourage camping on the field because of security concerns. No fires are permitted on the Swap meet field or the Car show field.

Please keep your children safe, leave their bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc at home. 
When we see them riding, they will be asked to return them to your space. 
All wheeled vehicles must be driven by a licensed driver.


CAMPING POLICY FOR THURSDAY
We do not hire campground security on Thursday to keep our cost, and your entry fee, lower.   

Camping move-in for spectators starts on Friday morning.  

Vendors who camp should pre-register for their swap meet spaces.  All pre-registered vendors will be allowed in.
Vendors who have pre-purchased their camping space:  if you are setting up on Thursday, you may stay to camp on Thursday.  Any additional “helpers” coming in with you should be with you at the same time you
enter the gate.  There should be parking passes for all vehicles.

Swap Meet entries purchased on Thursday will require that the vendor has parts to sell in his vehicle. 
Anyone coming in without parts may be denied admission on Thursday.
Campers will be sent to Linder’s Lot for Friday opening if they are not with the vendor.   

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR A SWAP MEET ENTRY PURCHASED ON THURSDAY.
